As mentioned earlier in this venue, the so-called coup declaring Roberto Micheletti (pictured above) the interim president of Honduras was entirely legal and sanctioned by the Constitution, Supreme Court, and Attorney General of that land.
And this is a fact most journalists and world leaders should be able to discern as that country's most basic law explicitly forbids the lengthening of any presidential term--or even proposing it, as did Zelaya.
